Hot Bikram Yoga

A structured hot yoga sequence designed to work the whole body. Improve strength, flexibility, balance and focus while building confidence in each posture. Suitable for beginners and experienced students.

Hot Power Flow

An energising hot yoga class linking breath with flowing movement. Build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance through a creative, dynamic sequence. Some yoga experience is helpful, but beginners are welcome.

Hot Hips and Core

A targeted hot yoga class focusing on hip mobility, core strength and stability. Release tightness, build strength and support better posture and movement. Suitable for all levels.​

Hot Mix

A varied hot yoga class mixing elements of Bikram, power flow, strength and mobility. Each session offers a balanced, full-body workout designed to leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and energised.

​

The class varies from week to week, so one session may focus on Bikram postures, another on flowing sequences or hips and core. It keeps things fresh and keeps your body guessing. Suitable for all levels.

Warm Yin Karma Charity Class

A slow, deeply restorative class practised in a gently heated room. Postures are held for longer to release tension, improve mobility and calm the nervous system. The perfect balance to a busy lifestyle or stronger yoga practice, while at the same time helping a worthwhile cause.

The price of the class is choice of  between £10 and £20 Donation .

All proceeds go to a new charity every month.​​

Private Yoga Sessions

A one-to-one session tailored to your body, goals and practice. Ideal for beginners wanting to build confidence, anyone working around injuries, or experienced students looking to refine their technique and explore more advanced postures.
