Depending on which one you choose, it may include Yin Yoga, hot yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation, partner yoga, pampering and hot-and-cold therapy. Most experiences last around four to five hours, depending on the size of your group and the treatments included. Get in touch and we'll give you a timing for your group.

Experiences are designed for groups of six, with the Recharge Ritual welcoming up to seven. The Couples Reset is for three couples, so it's perfect to book with friends. All bookings are private, so your group will have the studio to yourselves.

Not at all. Every experience is suitable for complete beginners, and you'll be guided through everything at your own pace.

Yes, if you're one of our regular students. You can swap the Yin for a 30- or 60-minute Posture Clinic to refine your practice and postures. This option is only available in the Recharge Ritual.

Hot-and-cold therapy alternates heat with cold exposure to boost circulation, ease muscle tension and leave you feeling refreshed. It isn't suitable for everyone, so please let us know if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure or any other health concerns before booking.
